Codanix is a software and digital solutions company based in Pakistan - helping businesses, schools, hospitals, and government offices get the technology they need to work better and grow. We're small on purpose: the people you talk to are the people who build your project.
01 - Our story
Why we
started Codanix.
We kept seeing good businesses and institutions held back by bad - or absent - technology. Schools still running on paper registers. Hospitals losing patient records. Businesses with no online presence. We started Codanix to change that, one project at a time.
EST. 2024 · PESHAWAR · ISLAMABAD
Codanix started with two engineers - one focused on AI and software development, the other on web engineering and operations - with a shared frustration: too many Pakistani institutions and businesses were being underserved by technology, or not served at all.
We built our first student management system for a local school that was still keeping records in physical registers. We built a hospital website that helped a clinic get appointments online for the first time. Those early projects taught us something important: the best software isn't the most advanced - it's the one people actually use.
The name Codanix stands for three things, in this order: build the right thing properly, automate the repetitive work that slows people down, and then grow - your business, your institution, and the people inside it.

We build, we don't outsource
When you hire Codanix, our own engineers build your project. We don't subcontract to people you've never met. The team you talk to is the team that delivers.

Honest about what you need
We'll tell you if you don't need something. We'd rather keep a project small and right than big and wrong. Our reputation is built on clients who come back - not on one-time invoices.

Built for how Pakistan works
We understand local constraints - slow internet, Urdu-speaking staff, limited IT budgets, and the reality of government procurement. We design for that, not around it.

We stay after launch
Software needs maintenance, updates, and occasional fixes. We offer ongoing support so you always have someone to call - not just during the project, but years after it.
